UK-based Volume releases tool for online marketers to train NLP engines


Organic Language Processing engines are becoming typical tools in marketing applications such as chatbots, but they require training.

UK-based marketing agency Volume , which usually specializes in conversational solutions, is now away with what it describes as the “ first Training and Testing-as-a-Service system for natural language data versions. ”

The platform — called QBox — helps entrepreneurs test whether the training data utilized to fine-tune a NLP engine is definitely working as it should.

QBox, CEO Chris Sykes mentioned in a statement, “ allows natural-language data model developers to look in to the black box they are typically dealing with, to easily understand any influence of a change on their training information. ”
